Server Logging

This program allows debugging to be switched on and off to allow problems to be investigated. The program captures debugging output. The User Settings program can be used to withdraw access to the current program. While logging is turned on, a considerable number of log messages are generated which will impair the response times and performance of the Integra eSeries. For this reason it should generally be turned on only on the advice of the Capita IB Solutions implementation team.

The program lists the log files in an initial grid. If you click the View command, processing will pass to your Browser, allowing you to view or download the file. Use the command selector q button to access the Delete command.

Commands located above the grid's Action column will allow you to configure logging, refresh the grid, show the latest log, clear all logs, download all files (as zipped files) or export all the grid data in a format of your choice.

Configure Logging

The Status shows the number of items for which logging has been enabled. Select Active from the View drop-down list to retrieve them in the grid. Use the commands in the grid's Action column to turn logging on or off, or the command above the Action column to switch all logging off.
