The User Settings option controls the operation of many features of Integra 2. The settings which you can change yourself will depend on whether your system is configured to allow changes. If you need to change a setting which you cannot access, your Systems Administrator will change it for you.
The savings will be applied once you save them. Note that the User Settings can be used to withdraw access to the User Settings option itself.
Sets defaults print queues for Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, Returns, Advice Notes and the System Printer.
Sets the default Batch Queue.
Controls menu access to various tools and programs: Print Screen, Client Logging, Server Queues, SysDoc Enquiry, Reports Manager, Audit Enquiry, Reports Viewer, Jobs Enquiry, Schedule Jobs, User Locales, Network Messaging, Document Imaging, Show Input Fields, Show Field Definition and the User Settings program itself.
The Default Sort Column setting controls the default for the Reports Manager column sorts.
The Mode setting determines whether spell checking is used and whether it's done automatically. Other settings control what spell checks to apply.
The Include Integra Dictionary setting determines whether a dictionary of Integra specific terms such as eBuyer should be included when checking spellings. Settings are also available to add Financial, Medical, Legal, Technical and Scientific dictionaries.
You must logout and login to Integra for these changes to take effect.
The Environment Menu Enabled setting controls menu access to the environment selection option and the Environment Menu Style setting determines the stye of the Environment menu.
Other settings control access to various items on the Integra interface: Menus, Favourites, Tools, Help, Logout, and Search.
The Custom Menu Name setting can be used if you wish to specify an optional custom menu to be displayed within the menu area.
You must logout and login to Integra for these changes to take effect.
