SYSOPT User Settings

The User Settings option controls the operation of many features of Integra 2. The settings which you can change yourself will depend on whether your system is configured to allow changes. If you need to change a setting which you cannot access, your Systems Administrator will change it for you.

The savings will be applied once you save them. Note that the User Settings can be used to withdraw access to the User Settings option itself.

Interface Settings

Double Click To Launch Lookup: controls whether Lookups can be activated by double clicking.
Prompt On Page Exit: controls whether a confirmation message appears on exit.
Show Control Focus: controls whether control focus should be visible.
Show Page Loading: controls whether Page Loading message appears.
Menu Style: controls the level of detail shown on menus.

Homepage Settings

Include Login Messages: controls whether the login and system messages appear.
Lock Pages: controls whether Homepage modules can be added, moved or closed by general users.
Toolbar Icon Behaviour: controls what happens when Home icon is clicked.
Default Homepage: determines what home page appears.

User Documentation Settings

User Documentation Enabled: controls whether end users will have access to user-defined documentation.
User Documentation Caption: sets the caption for user user-defined documentation.
User Documentation Location: sets the path for the user-defined documentation. This can be a local or mapped drive such as C:\help, a network shared drive such as \\apha-server\userhelp or an Intranet Location e.g. http://mycompany/intranetzone/
Username: sets the network account username to access the shared document location.
Password: sets the network account password to access shared document location.
Domain Name: sets the network account domain name to access shared document location.

Attachment Manager Settings

Image Viewer: controls how images are displayed when viewed from the attachment manager. If set to Browser, the browser determines what viewer to use.
Image Viewer Files: sets the file extensions that will identify image files for example 'jpg, jpeg,tif, tiff' to the viewer.

Integra Printer Queue Settings

Sets defaults print queues for Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, Returns, Advice Notes and the System Printer.

Integra Batch Queue Settings

Sets the default Batch Queue.

Tools Menu Settings

Controls menu access to various tools and programs: Print Screen, Client Logging, Server Queues, SysDoc Enquiry, Reports Manager, Audit Enquiry, Reports Viewer, Jobs Enquiry, Schedule Jobs, User Locales, Network Messaging, Document Imaging, Show Input Fields, Show Field Definition and the User Settings program itself.

Reports Manager Settings

The Default Sort Column setting controls the default for the Reports Manager column sorts.

Spell Checking & Dictionary Settings

The Mode setting determines whether spell checking is used and whether it's done automatically. Other settings control what spell checks to apply.

The Include Integra Dictionary setting determines whether a dictionary of Integra specific terms such as eBuyer should be included when checking spellings. Settings are also available to add Financial, Medical, Legal, Technical and Scientific dictionaries.

Menu Configuration Settings

You must logout and login to Integra for these changes to take effect.

The Environment Menu Enabled setting controls menu access to the environment selection option and the Environment Menu Style setting determines the stye of the Environment menu.

Other settings control access to various items on the Integra interface: Menus, Favourites, Tools, Help, Logout, and Search.

The Custom Menu Name setting can be used if you wish to specify an optional custom menu to be displayed within the menu area.
