User Defined help

Integra help documentation can be supplemented with user-defined help which can be made available for easy access from within Integra. Documentation on purchasing policy for example, approved supplier lists, submission deadlines etc. can be made available, and company-specific guidance can be provided with selected fields in an Integra program.

Field Level Help

Field level help is created using the ADM190 User Defined Help program and help on using the program is available in the ADM helpfile. It creates help text for individual fields in an Integra program. If help of this type has been provided, a help icon will appear beside the field in the target program and can be used to call up the help text.

Program Level Help

User Settings control the availability of program level help. Once the settings are configured to support user documentation, the user-defined help can be accessed from the Integra Navigate panel.
