eLinks are used by selected Integra programs to associate web and email addresses with particular records. A Use Code can also be set for the eLink which will result in the addresses being used by the Integra Workflow system. The eLinks field shows the eLinks associated with the current record. Use the Edit button to open the a window in which the details can be maintained. The eLink can take the form of an email address or a web address, and if these need to be referenced by the workflow processes, the eLink Use tab should be used to select the relevant process.
If a Use Code is associated with the eLink, the eLink address will be used as the destination for workflow messages generated by that workflow. If no use code is found, a use code associated with the general workflow process WKF000 will be used to determine the email address.
