Grids operate in a similar way throughout Integra, although there may be some necessary constraints on the actions you can perform depending on the program you are using and the record you have accessed. Commands used most frequently will be immediately visible in or above the grid's Action column. Other commands can be accessed using the command selector q button.
On many grids, there are Action commands which allow you to edit or add items to the grid. These commands generally open a window in which the relevant details can be entered and saved. If you are adding only a single new item you can opt save it and return immediately to the grid, or you can keep the window open while you enter details for another new item. On enquiry grids you will usually be restricted to viewing data only.
