You cannot delete records directly, however you can deactivate them by ensuring the Active checkbox is cleared. You can reset the checkbox using commands available in the program grid's Action column. Use the command selector q button to access commands not immediately visible. Deactivated records will not be available to the system for processing but they can be reactivated by resetting the Active checkbox. Note however that your Systems Administrator may from time to time, delete deactivated records from the system completely.
