If you need to change the password you use to login to your Compass account; you can do this using the ‘Change Password’ link at the bottom of the login screen…
This will then redirect you to the screen below…
In order to change your Password, you have to enter your Username and current password.
The new password has to match these security requirements:
1. Be more than 8 characters
2. Contain a number
3. Have a combination of upper and lower case letters
Re-enter the new password in the verify password field to continue.
If the new password has been accepted, you will be returned to the login page, where you can then login.
An error message will appear if any of the details entered are incorrect, the new passwords do not match or they do not meet the security requirements.
You will not be able to change your password through this screen if you have forgotten your current password.
