User Reactivation

 

If any of your participant users have been locked out of their Compass accounts; you can unlock them using User Reactivation.

 

To do this, navigate to the homepage and select the User Maintenance folder.

 

 

…Then click on User Reactivation

 

 

Any locked users will be displayed in here with a note in the disabled column confirming this. To unlock them, click on unlock in the Action column.
